Vivara carries an exhaustive solvency assessment of potential tenants through analysis of their Social Security work history and verification of their ASNEF (National Insurance Number), ensuring that only solvent tenants are selected.
Vivara offers several plans:
- Basic Plan: 3% of the monthly rent.
- Secured Payment Plan: 5% of the monthly rent, including coverage for non-payment and legal protection.
- Secured Payment Plan: 8% of the monthly rent, including all the above services and vandalism cover.
