Vivara offers complete management, including price recommendation, portal management, tenant selection, tenant screening, tenant visits, creditworthiness assessment, contract drafting and signing, deposit administration, supply change, key handover, repairs and incident management, and problem resolution.

Vivara carries an exhaustive solvency assessment of potential tenants through analysis of their Social Security work history and verification of their ASNEF (National Insurance Number), ensuring that only solvent tenants are selected.

Vivara offers several plans:

  • Basic Plan: 3% of the monthly rent.
  • Secured Payment Plan: 5% of the monthly rent, including coverage for non-payment and legal protection.
  • Secured Payment Plan: 8% of the monthly rent, including all the above services and vandalism cover.
